📬 Postcards from the Forest – Cyanotype Workshop
Did you know that the very first book with photographic images in history was made using the cyanotype process? It’s a very simple technique—we like to call it “taking a picture with the sun”! Sheets of paper are coated with naturally photosensitive iron salts which, when exposed to sunlight, create a permanent impression in beautiful shades of blue.

Let yourself be inspired by the park, its many stories, and the mysterious creatures that inhabit it. Explore the forest floor in search of tiny flowers and plants to include in your postcard. Arrange your personal collection of natural shapes and elements on the paper—then let the sun do the rest! The shadows cast by your composition will create your very own original postcard from the forest.
