Marc Walter’s artwork represents a double reverence towards natura, symbolized by the two trees involved in the installation. The structure is made of locally sourced tree branches which were enwtined. The structure seems to recall the shapes of Gaudi’s cathedral and rises up to connect the skyoes and the earth. By walking into the artwork we find a space of meditation and serenity.

Double reverence inspires moral duty of mankind, an act of respect and reverence towards Nature that must be loooked after, safeguarded, taught, which has its own bioethical right, included that of existence, completely independent from any consideration regarding its utility for mankind.
