INVASION

The work Invasion includes about thirty small pictorial interventions on elements already present on site, such as fallen trees, cut trunks and stones.

Usually Laura, an iconic artist for her ironic and irreverent style, mixes characters that come from popular culture made of cartoons, B-series films, fanzines, comics, video games accompanied by a splatter vein that was nourished by the horror films of the 80s and 90s. For Ledro Land Art Laura has created a multitude of painted creatures, inspired by the natural world but also by the works present in the park, they become a single widespread work, an ironic, peaceful and respectful invasion.
